This webinar walks through the basic expectations and best practices for compliance programs at NCAA Division II and III institutions. Justin Sievert formerly worked at Buckner, a sports law firm, and now is a partner at Sievert Werly, LLC.

Justin Sievert is a former NCAA Division III student-athlete and athletics administrator. He previously served as senior counsel for Buckner Sports Law before starting Sievert Collegiate Consulting in 2015 and co-founding Sievert Werly, LLC in 2017. Justin’s expertise is in the small college environment, including NCAA II and III compliance audits, Title IX review and planning and the NCAA enforcement process.
